understand that developing a long-term, sustainable culture begins with making safety personal. Our corporate culture is built on interdependency, with each employee engaged to work safely and stay motivated “so no one gets hurt”.

The Brock Group prides itself in providing quality services to its customers; safely, efficiently, and cost effectively. HSEQ responsibilities includes a Quality Assurance, using 

tools such as internal audits and management reviews to verify compliance program. The Quality Management System (QMS), is a tiered program consisting of the Quality Assurance Manual, Quality Control Procedures, Operating Procedures, Guidelines, Work Instructions, and Quality Control forms.

 

To maintain our focus on quality, Brock established a Quality Excellence Council (QES).  The QES provides direction and support to foster the management and continuous improvement of Brock’s QMS.

ISO 9001 is the world’s benchmark for quality and the standard that Brock has modeled its program against.  Brock maintains and is continually improving its QMS, in accordance with the standard.​

Our HSEQ Strategic Plan is industry-best of elevating safety to a top priority, with continuous training and education that ensures our team members are qualified to perform their duties and ultimately keeping safety at the forefront of everything they do. We believe that this master safety plan is our roadmap to continued safety excellence and what has consistently allowed us to maintain industry-best safety performance.​

BROCK GROUP TRIR 

"TRIR" (Total Recordable Incident Rate) is an OSHA requirement to record job-site incidents, accidents, and injuries.  It is a gauge of a company’s safety culture; representing the number of incidents per hours worked. A historical perspective of TRIR indicates a company’s commitment to training and continuous education as it relates to the importance of safety on and off the job.
